If you read my first post about making your own book trailer you’ve probably had a look at Windows Movie Maker.
If not, take a look at it and try to familiarise yourself with it. It comes with some very easy instructions which can be found under movie making tips. Read it thoroughly and have a play around with it.
Once you’ve done that at a few photos on it from your hard drive just to see what they look like and this will give you an idea of how your trailer will appear.
Next start writing out your story line for your book trailer. It doesn’t have to be perfect, I only did a rough outline and changed the text as I went along.
Whatever images you use in your book trailer please make sure that they are not copyrighted.
Places to royalty free stock images

Once you’ve decided on images you’re going to use, save them on your hard drive in your pictures folder.
Make sure you read the terms of use for each image you use as some sites require you to contact the author for permission first.
Most book trailers last about 1 minute to 2 minutes, but no longer than that.
